Marathon training continues this week. This week is a “step-back week” in the Hal Hidgeons program so my long run is a little shorter this weekend. I’m excited about this because my legs could use a little bit of a break. This is my workout plan for the week:
Saturday: 60 minutes cross training (I’m thinking spin class but I’m not sure)
Sunday: This was supposed to be my 7 mile step back run but things got turned around due to an unexpected funeral service.
Monday: 1.5 hour yoga class (Yoga cancelled due to ice storm but the same ice storm bought me a shortened workday to make up my 7-miler...Win!)
Tuesday: 3 mile run (done)
Wednesday: 5 mile run (done)
Thursday: 3 mile run (done)
