I was in Missourri all summer staying at my aunts I was going to move there but decided I couldnt as I missed my family too much
Anyways the purpose of this blog is to write down my eating habits then vs now.
Then I was eating.. string cheese, low fat yogurt, diet pop, fruits, veggies at dinner ( mainly potatoes and corn)dinners I was eating porkchops, steak, chicken, spaghetti, lasagna, chicken alfredo
Lunch- I usually ate ham and cheese, turkey and cheese sandwhiches with sugar free drink mix
snacks- usually sugar free pudding, popcorn, string cheese, low cal cookies,
I was going to the gym a few times a week and I lost about 25 pounds within 3 months
now being back home for 6 months I eat mindlessly and usually not even hungry
usually in front of the tv or computer
I dont go to the gym right now I really wanna get back into it I miss the gym a lot I am gonna see if my dad will pay for a month to month thing at planet fitness
Im eating normal food but way too much of it its like no matter what I eat or how long its been since Ive eaten a certain meal I go crazy and devour the entire box or plate and even go back for seconds!! when I DONT need it and am NOT hungry
I have 5 pairs of size 24 jeans I wnat to get into I am wearing a size 26 right now I NEED to fit into those jeans- comfortably.. what can I eat/ do to get into them asap??
