Day 24 - Movement

Splendid news - Weighed in with a loss of a pound and a half. Good things come to those who wait and try. Also upped my exercise game - went from 2 miles to 3 miles. Slow and easy on these ups. Just finished 23 days doing 2 miles a day. Was inspired by the dropping of a little weight to add another mile.
