I weighed myself today and lost 5 ilbs. woop woop
I'm so happy ..this is tough but I'm doing it..Breakfast steel cut oatmeal and lite pears
..with 2 glasses of water..
Lunch 1 hot protein drink..and 1 hr later 1 bowl of my bean salad...yummy..
This is great I just have to not eat bread and sugar....yippie !
