Terry (TEKRU1): "OK, the thing I've been struggling with for the last year, unsuccessfully, is giving up diet coke - my DECIDE is to go without one for at least one day!"
Terry reports that she is STILL Diet Coke free!!!
Nicole (FITLIKENIC): "My Decide : FIND a Walk friendly 1/2 Marathon and register for it! No more being worried I'll not be able to do it, or will run out of time."
Nicole says: "Looking like Denver Rock N Roll Half or Amica Seattle, still chatting bout the dates but narrowed down (I think), LOL. Just need to confirm vacation is available, then hunt up accommodations."
"I am going to DECIDE to get up earlier! I talk about it, but I don't. STARTING NOW....I WILL DECIDE to get up earlier in the morning! I sleep BEST in the mornings...sleep horribly at night so 9am is my goal to get up for this challenge."
Jen reports: "I was up every day before 9! " (Now to work on getting in more quality sleeping hours!)
"I just registered for the Flying Pig Marathon Relay. I haven't used a training plan or ran on the weekends since last September. I will decide on a plan to follow to train for the race *AND* I will actually run on the road (OUTSIDE) this weekend regardless of the stinking January weather!"
Mel says "I printed a program and did it JUST in time! It fits in PERFECTLY with the race date! I've stuck with the plan, INCLUDING that quality time spent on the road Sunday with my audiobook, it's great to hit the ground running again!"
