I'm so excited to be starting week 5 of my hybrid already. I'm going to kind of use this week as a "test" week because it's week 1/4 that I have the push circuits. My goal is to get up on Mon/Wed/Fri morning to do strength training and then do cardio on the other nights. This will open up my M/W/F night to go to spiece or the barn to see my horse (when it's not freezing out)! But we will see what happens so I'm just going to list the workouts and put "done" when they are finished.
TF/CLX hybrid workouts:
Push Circuit 1- done
Yep--I only did 1 workouts from my hybrid. I just had a busy week and then my knee was hurting to I ended up walking the track at my gym instead of pushing it and hurting it worse. Ryan's back was also hurting (pulled muscle) so he wasn't exercising either. Fun stuff! So I will be re-doing week 5 next week!
