As a Mighty Mocha Hunter, I am working on crossing out on my BINGO card until I achieve that BLACKOUT!!! I think I can . . . I think I can . . .

I need to forgive myself for one thing in my past. Well. . . I think that has to be for gaining this weight back. I lost this same weight 5 yrs ago and felt so wonderful about it and myself. Unfortunately, I didn't get to the bottom of why it was there and now it's back. I officially forgive myself for gaining this weight!! I've lost 25 of it. . . . on my way to losing the next 25 and will then do another 25 to get closer to my ideal weight.

When I get there . . . . (another block on my BINGO board) . . . . I think I will be a runner. I dabbled in it before by running a 5K about 4 yrs ago. I think this time it will stick!! I'm going to be a role model for my daughter and in the process I am hopeful we will find a new hobby we can do together. I am going to assistant coach her team in Girls of the Run. Sooooo excited to be doing this. Definitely stepping outside of my comfort zone here, but I think I will be a good coach and will learn in the process too! I also plan to feel healthy and maintain my activity level. I love the great feeling when I am done with a workout. It is just AWESOME!!!

Have a great weekend everyone out there!!

Great that you can help on your DD 'Girls' team. Teaching her not to fall into our mistakes will start her out on the right step.
