Just worked two busy 12hr nursing shifts. Boy am I glad that's done. I wish I would have worked out more this week, but can't change the past. I can make today and this weekend count though and I plan to. I am starting to face my reality which is that I cannot workout on my work days. So when I work three 12hr shifts, I will only plan on working out four days that week. I believe that my work is like a workout anyway. I never sat down the first day and the second day I only sat down for lunch and to chart for an hour. That means I was pretty much on my feet for like 11hrs and most of that was walking and lifting people. So now that I am off nights I am not as tired on my days off and I can get to the gym those other four days which means I should be on track again. Yay!
