I don't know if it was the serious need for sleep and feeling of being tired of what- but my eating is so off track today. To clarify, it is on track for Type food. I Thought I did a good job of balancing....... but I couldn't log before I eat (which I often do to adjust my food totals Before eating) So anyway, when I just sat down to track breakfast and lunch I ended up eating 120 calories for breakfast and 830 calories for lunch. SHEESH.... that is not the plan. I aim for roughly 3, 300ish calorie meals and a nice 200 calories snack or maybe 2 100 calorie snacks. Spreading my calories through my day seems to keep me happy and from getting sleepy. I don't think I consciously ate so many calories at lunch. It SEEMS like I made good choices. I had bacon and fresh peppers for breakfast and then a homemade tuna casserole for lunch with tunafish, peas, cheese, and mayo (all the Light versions). I had no idea the denseness of the calories in those 4 things in a combo though.
I know some of will be this will get easier, that I will become smarter with time in gauging the calorie counts of food. But this was a testament to me how GLAD I am that made that 1 year commitment to the Spark cause I have a long way to go to get my calibration straight LOL.
Now to come up with a nice 250 calorie dinner to keep me in my calorie count for the day
