My Motivation for Today

I did cardio and then worked out with my trainer. I did a pretty hard workout. I wanted to do more when I got home, but the day is too busy and that won't happen.
I hope to do more tomorrow. I am motivated to make healthier eating choices. I am trying wild rice with vegetables for tonight. I hope it tastes okay, I never made it before. I am trying to eat cleaner, and more veggies.
I am motivated to remake myself as a healthier me.
I am a work in progress.
