Wow! I am having such a gigantic WOOHOO Day.
I am down 5 pounds,
I have exercised every day this year,
I am up to 45 minutes of Nordic Walking,
I quit smoking December 7, 2012 and have remained quit,
My most pleasing accomplishment--four binge-free days.
YES I CAN DO THIS!...and I will...
One day at a time,
One step at a time,
One meal at a time,
One glass of water at a time,
