I decided to go ahead and change my blog days to the actually days I've been trying to achieve my goal weight and ignoring the days I wasn't active on SparkPeople.
It's been a little over a year, and I've lost over 20 lbs! I know that's not a great amount of weight for that long of a time, but factoring in all of the times I've been off and on with eating healthy and exercise, I feel pretty good about it!
I really want to make a change this time. I want to get the weight off and keep it off. I don't want to be a victim of the freshman 15 either. The lucky thing is that the dorm I'm staying in has its own small fitness center. It'll be easier to get workouts in there instead of having to go all the way to the rec center.
