BLC Week 2 goals

This is a little late... I'm running behind this week, but here are the goals for this week:

Nutrition Goal 1: Drink tea in the morning instead of pop
Nutrition Goal 2: Eat (or drink) something for breakfast every day.
Exercise Goal 1: Exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days a week
Relaxation Goal 1: 3 meditation tutorials; meditate at least 5 minutes on the days not doing the tutorials
Relaxation Goal 2: get at least 15 minutes a day of "me" time.

    Great goals!! I love drinking tea in the AM too...I just buy teabags...nothing fancy. I love chocolate chai tea...yum!

    What great goals! Tea is my preferred morning drink-right now I'm on a chai kick, but I also love the Celestial Seasonings Nutcracker sweet tea, as well. Sadly, it is only available during the holidays, but I try to snag at least a few boxes while I can. It's delicious!

    Once you get into the habit of a morning meal it gets easier! My Mom has a small yogurt if she just wants nothing, that little bit kicks starts the day.

    Hey Zanna!

What kinds of tea are you drinking in the am? Do you have a regular day to day, or are you switching it up? Any kinds you particularly like?

(I'm a notorious tea-drinker and tea-flipper-- so if you're looking for nummy suggestions, I would love to help out!)
