BLC Week 2 goals

This is a little late... I'm running behind this week, but here are the goals for this week:

Nutrition Goal 1: Drink tea in the morning instead of pop
Nutrition Goal 2: Eat (or drink) something for breakfast every day.
Exercise Goal 1: Exercise at least 20 minutes 5 days a week
Relaxation Goal 1: 3 meditation tutorials; meditate at least 5 minutes on the days not doing the tutorials
Relaxation Goal 2: get at least 15 minutes a day of "me" time.
