Another pound down, bringing my total to eight! I have managed to stay relatively injury free too, which has been really good. (YAY!) My husband and me have been getting outside and taking walks together which is helping for sure. I still can't do any heavy cardio with my foot, but I'm having a special foot insert made next week which will prevent my toe from bending so I can do more intense workouts. :) Just gotta keep pushing.
