What brings you to this challenge?
What brings me to this challenge is me wanting to stop eating a lot of sugar. Lately I have been eating and drinking a lot of stuff that has sugar and because of that, I have been gaining weight....
What have you learned about your sugar cravings so far?
During week one, I learned that I have been eating a lot of sugar lately. I learned that I am extremely addicted and crave soda a lot right after I recently drink it, and that I will eat or drink stuff with sugar if I find it out in the open or see someone eating it... :(
What do you hope to accomplish at the end of 4 weeks?
I am not really sure what I hope to accomplish but I want to make it to where I am barely eating sweets and stuff with sugar in it....
My week overall was ok, I stopped drinking soda (near the end of the week) because there was a limited supply in the house and because I get addicted to it after I start drinking it... I started decreasing my sugar intake near the end of the week because I felt like I couldn't and didn't want to keep on eating and drink the amount of sugar that I was consuming.
Lately I have been good with tracking the foods I have been eating but I have not been good with exercise and with controlling my portions. :/ Today I am going to go for a walk and maybe jog while I am on it... I could make up an excuse for why I didn't exercise but that would do me no good... :/
I heard that it is going to snow here soon so I am going to start looking up writing down exercise ideas that I could do inside instead of using the snow as an excuse not to exercise... I'm sorry if me being a bad example or what I do write negatively effects anyone... I know I should try harder at trying to lose weight... :(
