PAST - What I Would Say to My 16-year-old Self

Stop getting hung up with the number on the scale! You are not FAT! You are athletic and strong and beautiful. Just because you aren't as skinny as your friends doesn't mean you are not healthy. You are doing everything right, eating healthy, involved in sports and strength training. Don't get discouraged when all the guys are ogling the stick-thin models. Instead stay true to who you are...a strong, athletic, beautiful, kind, caring, and humble young lady. Get away from the scale!!!! Stop allowing an arbitrary number hold you're too smart for that.
