This week was a little disappointing for me from the perspective of how much I exercised. I had pretty good momentum going Monday but knew that I would have limited exercise on Tuesday due to a busy schedule and not being at work. My gym is close to my job and I usually workout during lunch or after work. I have also been fighting a cough all month and this week it seemed to be worse. Wednesday and Thursday were not great cardio days for me, as I only walked my puppy which while good, isn't the workout I feel I need.
The bright spot occurred for me on Tuesday when I finally watched “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead” on Netflix. It totally inspired me, because while I understand working out and eating a low calorie diet is the way to being more healthy, it offered another option. I ordered a Breville Juice Fountian and am excitedly waiting for it to arrive. I believe that this is something that will help me reach my weight goal as well as feel better. I have read a ton about "juicing" and think it sounds like an option that will be great since I love fruits and veggies but don't have enough time or patience to wolf down pounds of either every day.
I made sure to bring my workout gear today and have two classes tomorrow morning to make up a little of the slack from this week! Overall, I am doing so much better than I was a month ago and finally feel like I am on the right track!
