Today's Spark Coach was an excellent video about the importance of getting enough sleep. I have no troubles falling asleep when i get to bed. It's the getting to bed that's the problem because I stay up late reading, doing things on the computer, working on quilts or other sewing projects that I should have been working on earlier. Basically it's time management for me so if I waste time by watching tv and general procrastination I get behind.
My goal for the coming week is to get working on customer quilts in a diligent manner until I get caught up. After that I can work on a better schedule so I can still have fun doing other things just not at the detriment of doing work that lets me get paid. It sure can be hard to work at home when you don't have discipline.
Now I'd better get off the computer, get showered&dressed, have breakfast and get working!
