So I have been upping my workouts to one hour a day or really close to it if not more. Needless to say my calorie burn for the week are close to 3000. I have not increased my diet calorie range because I have the old theory (much like Jillian Michael's) it's basic math. Less calories in, more calories burned = weight loss. My scale of course is not moving much because I am bulking up in muscle. I am not sweating it because I know if nothing else I will look tone and I do not walk around with a pound number on my forehead for the world to see. I will say I have been sore for the past few days. I have been mixing my workouts up and on Wednesday I did eliptical, treadmill, toning videos and circuit training; on Thursday I did Wii dance, and two toning videos; today I did bike, circuit training and one toning video. I am trying to do something different everyday and mixing up my muscle groups however my butt is sore. ha ha I think tomorrow will be eliptical and treadmill again though not sure if I will be able to do interval running for 30 minutes like I did Wednesday night. It may be power walking, haha

This morning I got up and made a egg white and veggie scramble. It had onions, spinach and mushrooms. It was great! I had toast and strawberries with it. I think that is the largest breakfast I have had in a long time. My breakfast is normally a yogurt and fruit or a piece of cheese toast and fruit. It was a nice change.

It is suppose to snow tonight so I am secretly hopping it will snow a foot. I would love to be trapped at the house all weekend without anything to do but work out, hang with the kids, start a fire, watch movies and eat soup. It is in the low 20's right now but no snow yet. I will keep my fingers crossed.
