It's another weigh in day. I was really excited to weigh in today because I'd been checking in a few times this week to make sure I was on track. I lost .5 lbs this week and am .5 lb away from completing my 2nd goal. What's really awesome is that I'm getting better at being closer to my timeline of losing each amount. Does that make sense? I was 6 weeks past my timeline of what I thought it would take me to lose 12 lbs. This time, I'm only 3.5 weeks past my timeline of my goal weight. (This is without exercise). Even though I'm only .5 lb away from my goal, I'm only going to expect to lose .5 lb next week, to hit my 2nd goal. After that, I will continue onto my 3rd and FINAL goal. I am SO, SO EXCITED, I can barely contain it! :)

From 11/18-11/23: Was sick and lost a couple pounds

November 30: Weigh in: 135
December 7: Weigh in: 135.5 (Went to Chicago this wkend and ate too much and had too many sugary drinks) Weighed in on the Monday after the Chicago weekend: 139! :(
December 16: Weigh in: 136 (going back up-not happy)(but went down from the Monday weigh in of 139)
December 21: Weigh in: 133.5 (Persevered and brought my weight back to within a pound of my goal for this week!)
December 28: ? Didn't like the number, so I didn't record it.

2nd Goal Reward (January 3) (even though I'm a few pounds away: First hair color and manicure!)
January 4: Weigh in: 133.5
January 11: Weigh in: 134 (but weighed in on Monday at 137)
January 18: Weigh in: 133
January 25: Weigh in: 130.5!! Yaay!

Goal for February 1: 130 -------2nd goal weight will be complete

    Each pound is important. It is nice how you track the weights here. One of my other Spark friends does the same thing. It really makes your weight loss concrete. Congratulations on the loss! You will definitely make it to your Feb 1st goal!

Progress! That is great to see the gap closing between each goal. Glad that you do not freak out when you don't make goal but adjust the goal deadline. emoticon
