What a great WI. Down 2.6 and back under 200. 0.2 lower than my lowest adult weight ever. There was a lot to celebrate yesterday. I am very proud of how far I have come. Today, I proceed with caution. I commit to continue on faithfully, focusing on 1 day, 1 meal, 1lb and 1 good choice at a time. I am ready! Are you ready?
