I like to take one day at a time in my life because it just seems so much less overwhelming. If I had to picture what I will reach in a 12 week goal I know the sky is the limit. I am capable of making an entire life change in 12 weeks. Here is what it would look like.
I am 12 pounds lighter in 12 weeks.
I am no longer a stress drinker in 12 weeks.
I no longer lose my patience with my kids out of pure exhaustion in 12 weeks.
I am working on heavy strength training in 12 weeks.
I am able to have a success story blog in 12 weeks.
I am organized in my diet in 12 weeks.
I feel sexy with my husband in 12 weeks.
I will fully RUN a 5K in 12 weeks.
I will climb the rope in the Spartan race in 12 weeks.
I will go swimsuit shopping and enjoy it in 12 weeks.
I will be a healthier me in 12 weeks.
I know that the only way to achieve this is by focus, planning and pure drive. I am already on track and cant imagine living life any other way today or any day to come. I will continue to track my food (most important) and spend 3 days in the gym running. I will continue to learn about new foods and recipes. I will continue to grow my personal relationships in my life and with my Jesus in order to have peace in my soul. With a positive attitude, my families support and my Pixie team cheering me on I can NOT fail.
