I wish I could tell you all about the stuff at work right now... CRAAAZY!
Anyway... I figured it was time for a new year update.
I'm up four pounds from the first of the year. Thing is, I can't really be too upset about it, because I had somehow managed to gain 10 pounds the first fourteen days of 2013, and now I'm moving back in the right direction.
I had set a mini-goal of 20lbs, which would get me back to the stable weight I had before the ridonkulous stuff at work started two years ago. That is still a goal, but I'm thinking that maybe I should have a mini-goal. I don't usually set monthly goals, but I'm considering it for February.
I also might just try to put some healthy streaks together... see how many days in a row I can get my hydration, hit my cardio targets, things like that. There are still a few days to decide. I am doing well with my non-fitness goals. Cutting back on spending and focusing on needs vs. wants, so there are some bright spots.
