I wish I could tell you all about the stuff at work right now... CRAAAZY!

Anyway... I figured it was time for a new year update.

I'm up four pounds from the first of the year. Thing is, I can't really be too upset about it, because I had somehow managed to gain 10 pounds the first fourteen days of 2013, and now I'm moving back in the right direction.

I had set a mini-goal of 20lbs, which would get me back to the stable weight I had before the ridonkulous stuff at work started two years ago. That is still a goal, but I'm thinking that maybe I should have a mini-goal. I don't usually set monthly goals, but I'm considering it for February.

I also might just try to put some healthy streaks together... see how many days in a row I can get my hydration, hit my cardio targets, things like that. There are still a few days to decide. I am doing well with my non-fitness goals. Cutting back on spending and focusing on needs vs. wants, so there are some bright spots.

    emoticon about setting your February Goals. It is good that you are hitting some of your goals, even if they are non fitness/food related. Life changes all around are important. Hey as long as the scale is going in the right direction, that is the good thing.

As for my February goal, I would like to be 155 by the end of February. I am planning on doing some more Cycle classes in and finish some more weeks of the C25K program We will see how that goes.

    Not officially yet, but I think one goal is to give up peanut butter. I've been cutting back but I just finished the last of the jar and had to decide whether to buy another or not. Think I'm going to stick to almond butter from here on in.

A streak sounds good!

    Sounds like you are making progress. Looking at. 13 pound gain and getting it down to 4 sounds like a 9 pound loss to me.

    Good Job. I am back down to within 4 Lbs of my lowest weight( gained 10 over holidays, My santa weight) but now I'm back on track and wanting to shoot for at least 7 more Lbs by the end of Feb. So emoticon emoticon

    I feel you on crazy work stuff... Hope yours improves or something gives for you soon! I'm trying to lose 10 pounds by the end of February (longer term short goal haha) and I want to aim for 90 minutes of cardio each week in February, hit my calorie ranges, drink my water & I'm with you on the spending- needs vs wants goal. It's mine too-- time to get out of credit card debt!
