I ended the month on a great note, couldn't be happier and to be honest have done less workouts for the last 2 weeks because of my back. (hence 3 visits to the chiropractor)
Down 4.5lbs in 4 weeks, let the muscle building begin.........here are the months stats:
January:

February goals will be to remain focused on cleaner eating, and heavy weights. Depending on the weather some runs, and starting round 2 Insanity or finishing Supreme 90. So far I am down a pound and I will take it!!!

Add 50lb Barbell to my gym this will help build some lean muscle. Yay!
