As per docs most recent instructions....I am allowed to do only low impact aerobics. No weight lifting. I have a couple of Leslie Sansone DVDs so that I can change up my daily routine as not to get bored. Variety is the spice of life! So, my program will look like this:
Beginning date: 1/21/2013
Aerobics: Walking with Leslie Sansone
10mins first week, 5 times week
Add 5 mins/5 times week, total of 15 mins
Add 5 mins for total of 20 mins/5 times week
Add 5 mins for total of 25 mins/5 times week
Add 5 mns for total of 30 mins/5 times week
At this point, I will begin adding more time as I feel I can handle it and adjust my program to meet my needs for more strenuous workouts....as allowed by doctor.
Things to consider incorporating into my program at random points:
Walking outside when the weather permits as I tend to get sick easily with my immune system so low. (Walking the dog)

Add another day to my program, making it 6 total days instead of 5.
Buy a bicycle and begin riding.
