I admit it. I've been slacking... seriously slacking. It's been awhile since I posted a blog, so here's the update.
I've been doing (mostly) great with my eating. Making healthy choices and staying within my calories.. it's boring but I have no plans of stopping! However, I have not been keeping up with my exercises :( It's been almost a week with no physical activity. First, it was because I was sick, then it was because it's been so COLD here and our heat was broken in the house for 2 days (52 degrees in the house!)... cold makes me lazy, I just want to stay bundled up! Then it was just plain exhaustion- I have three boys (6, 5, 19 months) and I also watch a 6 week old in the afternoon and evenings.. with schools being closed every day this week but wednesday (MLK day, teacher work day, two snow days).. the kids have had cabin fever and it's definitely keeping me on my toes! I've just been so wiped out I've had no energy to exercise. But that changes TODAY!! I already told my husband, tonight he's on kid duty because I'll be in our "gym" in the garage for awhile. I've got to get back into the swing of these.. I need to always try to stay motivated. I will not give up.. I can not give up!
