Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Until I did my tracking, I thought I had done very well yesterday. Um, yeah.
When I was a kid, one of my brothers loved to hold me down, take my hand and make me hit myself in the face, all the while saying, "Stop hitting yourself. Stop hitting yourself." Oh how I hated those sessions. I don't think I've ever felt more frustrated than that, except maybe now when I try to eat within calorie range. I'm doing what I know is right but maybe overdoing it. I know where I went wrong last night but some how, warm from the oven bread is a weakness. I need to work on that.
Burn 325/day - over
Cut calories 300/day - remember the roller coaster pict the other day? Yeah, like that.
Walk 30 min/day - walking DVD
Cardio 30 min/day - walking DVD
I got all bundled up yesterday at lunch time and went to get my walking buddy so we could go to the mall. Nope, she was too busy. (You couldn't email me that?) So I went back to my desk, unbundled and did 2 miles of my walking DVD. No snow to tromp thru and no bitterly cold wind. Win Win in my book.
Let's stop the madness, eh?
Cold this morning and pouring the snow. I'm pretty sure I'll be doing the DVD again today. Good thing I really like it.
