More 3d u/s pictures of Baby Olivia!/ 8 week goals

Took me a while to remember to save some of these! She is so active all the time! I can't wait to see her out of my tummy and compare these pictures to her beautiful face!

I've gained around 16 pound and I'm 32 weeks now. These pictures are a few weeks old, but I still love looking at them. I get one more u/s to see what position she is in, in a few weeks.

Few goals for the next 8 weeks:
1. Yoga! I need to do more stretching and exercise. My birthing class instructor says yoga yoga yoga! I love it! but I just haven't been motivated to set aside a decent amount of time daily. Sometimes I'll be watching tv and do a few poses, or I'll have to get on the floor to pick something up and do some cat poses... but I really need to make time everyday to meditate, listen to some soothing music and practice my breathing and poses.

2. Eat healthy! I slacked for a while because anything healthy was a huge aversion for me. I hated salads, chicken, tuna (actually pretty much all fish!).... now that most of my aversions are gone I have stepped up my healthy eating. (except for tuna... still can't do that.) I love eating salads again! Luckily I never really craved sweet things so I didn't gain a bunch of weight from having a sweet tooth. Now I just need to set up a better eating schedule.

3. Sleep! I'm a cat napper right now. I'm so tired all the time that I just lay down and take a nap whenever I'm tired. This makes sleeping at night nearly impossible. I think mostly its because baby is most active at night and since she is a hard kicker, I can't usually sleep through her awakeness! During the day she is a little calmer and I can get some rest without waking up every 10 minutes. I know I need sleep, but I also need a better schedule so that I can align my eating schedule with my sleeping schedule. I'm going to work on making my cat naps shorter so I can sleep at night. I think more water and more exercise will give me more energy!

I still haven't set up a thing in the nursery but my shower is in a few weeks! I can't wait to see all the baby stuff and get shopping for the last things myself! My mom and I are making the bedding, and hopefully we will be starting that this week!!
