My Goals

This blog will change from time to time as I progress through my journey of weight loss/lifestyle change. For now, here are my thoughts:

Short Term Goals:
Starting weight: 212lb Goal weight: 130 Total to lose: 82lb
I want to lose the first 13lb and be under the big 200 by 3/25/2013. I believe this will be doable. From that point, I want to lose 10lbs/month. If this doesn't seem to be doable by 4/25/2013, then I will come back here and revamp my program.


Long Term Goals:
Of course to lose the 82lbs, be my healthiest and smallest since my pregnancy with my son.
I'd love to go scuba diving.....fat floats!
I'd love to be able to hike trails, mountains, parks, walkways without being winded.
I want to live for a long time to do my Lord's work for as long as He'll allow me.
To feel more confident as a speaker for Sav-A-Life.
To be able to work in my yard without having to take breaks because I can't keep going.
To wear a little black dress and look and feel sexy!
To be a positive motivator for others on dialysis.
To prove to myself that I CAN DO THIS!
