Thursday - Turbo Fire
I didn't get a workout in. My body told me to get some rest when I got home, so I took an hour nap. Then I was on the run the rest of the evening so never got this in.
I didn't track my dinner yet, but with my lunch that I had I will probably be over my calories for the day.
I didn't get enough water in for the day.
Day 3 of 4 days for working out this week!
