So I wanted to be abel to follow my daily goals and I think i did a pretty good job at it this time!
monday I didnt to my W1D1 C25K because it was so stinking colld outside it was ridiculous but I did do it on wednesday and today (friday) i am going to do it again even though we are supposed to get 4 inches of snow but I am going to try and do it...
I drank 6-8 glasses of water everyday this week and that was pretty awesome because I always hae trouble with that but I managed to do it. I didnt have any junk over food this week except for yesterday for lunch I had some jalopeno poppers and some cheese sticks buts I didnt eat to many so that was ok. I was for sure way over my calories yesterday but thats ok.. I just have to keep in mind next week not to do it again. But to my defense we didnt have anything in the house and i had to go store and had to wait till the evening to go so i just ate what we had... lol but oh well.
I am going to try and do my C25K tonight and sunday sometime so that I can get back on schedule of monday wednesday and friday evenings. I want to do every week in a week like that but we will see. I know running 2 days in a row is hard on the body and I dont want to strain my body in the very beginning.
Overall I think I did a pretty good job at keeping to my goals other than 2 things that I missed but it was a good first start to setting goals and acheiving them!
