Over the past few days - i have had a bit more in the way of carbs than i usually do. by carbs i mean - plain ryvita - two in the morning with my protein selection (usually an egg), at lunch i had one slice of all dark rye bread with slice of low fat havarti but for dinner i had kernel corn with a pork chop which i don't usually eat.
so for me that was an unusually high carb day -
scale reads FIVE 5 - FIVE ???? pounds UP!!!!!!!
IT IS DEFINITELY NOT CALORIES IN AND CALORIES OUT - i have said it hundreds of times and i know for sure.
for all of us that experience this damnation - a moment of silence PLEASE !!!!
