Over the past few days - i have had a bit more in the way of carbs than i usually do. by carbs i mean - plain ryvita - two in the morning with my protein selection (usually an egg), at lunch i had one slice of all dark rye bread with slice of low fat havarti but for dinner i had kernel corn with a pork chop which i don't usually eat.
so for me that was an unusually high carb day -
scale reads FIVE 5 - FIVE ???? pounds UP!!!!!!!
IT IS DEFINITELY NOT CALORIES IN AND CALORIES OUT - i have said it hundreds of times and i know for sure.
for all of us that experience this damnation - a moment of silence PLEASE !!!!

    I never stress over gaining weight for a day or even a week. If I gain over a month, then I know I need to change something. I believe that our bodies react differently with different foods.

    quit weighing yourself every day..keep the faith..there are things that happen in the body that cause this it is not permanent altho i would watch that corn intake it is a very heavy carb compared to others be patient
