So I just finished up my 4th full week back on track, and its still going pretty well. I'm down a total of 4.2lb...so i'm averaging about 1lb/week. This week was the lowest loss yet, but thats to be expected. First I got rid of all the cookies I ate over christmas, and now i'm getting into the actual weight i have on this body :)
My weight in today was 159.8, so i'm out of the 160's, again :) My biggest problem right now is getting the exercise in. Some weeks i hit the gym 6 days, other weeks, like this week, i only got in 2 days. I'm trying to put my house on the market, so any free time i have is spent painting, and fixing...so at least its movement!
I'm on a good path, and if i stick to it, i might be able to reach my goal of 155 before my trip to key west on feb 21! Thats 3.5 weeks to lose 4.8bs. If i put my mind to it... :)
