Everyone who signs up for the 90 Day weight loss challenge at the gym can take a special class on Tuesdays during the 90 Days.
It is a way to get you out of your comfort zone and learn about the different classes that perhaps you (I) were afraid to try.
This could be a fun 90 days. This could be a really sore muscles 90 days.
