got on the scale and I lost another pound thats 2 this week and all i have done is cut back. Trying to get the exercise part going. I was good about walking for 2 days but than the last 2 Ive been busy with my mom and getting her errands done she wants done after I get off work. I promise to my body that I will do some ecxercise for you today. Ok getting off and am going to make me a eggbeaters southwestern omlet with some spinach. Its yummy to my tummy and so good for you! have a great Friday all!
