Foot Pain

Lately ive been having pain on the top side of my right foot. I use to be able to ignore it but now its getting to the point where it hurts all the time. I'm going to make an appointment next week to see my doctor. I'm kind of worried I have a fracture and will be sidelined while it heals. I haven't weighted in a week or so but I know ive lost some weight. My new shorts aren't as snug as they were when I bought then at the start of this month. So I'm going to be upset if my foot gets in the way!!

    Nooo.. We'll have to find something you can do that doesn't involve your feet if you have to stay off them.
Swimming, shadow boxing, Yoga.. We'll figure it out, buddy. emoticon

  Hopefully it isnt too serious! In the meantime, find some exercises not utilizing the feets to exercise? I'm all for chair exercise if it keeps me moving!

  Focus on upper body and core until you find out about your foot.
