In January already. Cant believe that but it seems that is the case. I got to thinking what I would like to do with them and this is what I came up with.
Lose at least 1 pound.
Exercise deliberately three of the six days.
Drink more water around 40 oz a day. I know it should be more but will have to work my way up.
Continue to blog. Shouldnt be a problem.
