Weigh In Day #2

So I got on the scale this morning and to my shock only lost 1lb. BUT that is a lb that I will never see again so I am happy about it. I am looking forward to another great day and hopefully getting my computer with the cam fixed. Oh for those who don't like math I am now at 427lb.

    Im gonna go ahead and say loosing weight can be both awesome and stressful. Being said, u lost weight healthy :) , 1-2 lbs a week is consider a healthy way for ur body to lose. Were not all on the biggest loser, where your seeing 13 lb weight losses. And I hope some of them go home and KNOW that 1 lb is enough :)

    I always tell myself slow and steady wins the race! Losing weight fast may seem like a great idea, but often it can't be maintained...1 to 2 pounds per week is progress you can maintain. Enjoy this process and remember all the pain lol It will help you keep it off when you reach goal. Good job!

    Small progress is still progress. Have you been able to measure your inches? Sometimes you're still losing inches when you're not losing the weight in leaps and bounds.

Go by how your pants feel, you know you're progressing when they are loose or fall off!

    You know the problem with scales? The temptation to weigh yourself everyday... Know what happens when you are working hard to eat right and you step on the scale and your not loosing any weight. You pig out and feel sorry for yourself (or at least that's what I did :). Try only weighing yourself once a month. It's so hard bit the results feel so much more rewarding, that's what finally motivated me. You got this. Keep up the good work.
