My cold has gone from bad to worse but I'm just sucking it up. Last night's class was ballet fusion which was a lot of core strengthening/balancing stuff. One of the women wore a heart rate monitor so I based my calories burnt loosely off of hers- hers read 273 and she'd 1) warmed up a bit before class and 2) is half my size, so I tracked it at 250 for my hour. I'm going to invest in an HRM sometime soon...after taxes hopefully!
I only have 5 more calories to burn to meet my SP weekly goal, and only 15 more minutes. Nice for a week where I've not been in the gym.
