Guess what? It's Friday! You know what that means? It means that my goals for today are the same as they were yesterday! Today though I'm more enthusiastic about my goals because it's the last day of the work week!
Goals for today:
~ 80 oz water
~ 10,000 steps
~ smile at least once an hour
~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and snack
~ focus on this lifestyle I have chosen for myself and don't sweat the small stuff
