I was not feeling well after dinner and laid down for "a few minutes" at around 8:45. I woke up 3 hours later and now I can't fall back to sleep...

I think I am in for a rough Friday.

Sounds like when our babies get their days and nights mixed up. Boy, that was no fun.

Maybe give up naps until you get your sleep cycles back on tracks???

    Must be something in the air... I couldn't get to sleep until 2 AM afew days ago, and I normally am out by 11 PM at the latest.

    If it makes you feel any better, I didn't get to bed until 2 and was back up at 5:15.
