What a workout

Went to the fitness center after class today and had a killer workout! Spent 30 mins on the treadmill. Ran for a solid 3 minutes (I know that's not much but for me I'm not a runner so being able to do that every 5 minutes is big for me) and walked for 5 mins. I then spent the next 35 mins strength training. I am so tired and sore but feel sooooo good!
Then my phone had to start dying and had to go buy a new phone. Blech! It has been a pain to redo my workout playlist b/c I lost my first one.
Alright off of here and off to bed! 2 classes tomorrow along with a meeting with my advisor and then a workout. Have a great evening and a happy Friday everyone.

    3 minutes is an achievement worth celebrating...i will be when i get there! Im doing the couch to 5K programme and im currently up to 90 seconds running followed by 2 mins walking for half a hour....3 minutes running seems so far away right now lol. Sounds like you had an amazing workout!
