I've been doing good , slowly but surely getting my sleeping pattern normal . Just a week ago I was going to bed at 4-5 and tonight i'll be laying down by 1:30 . I've also been drinking a lot of water I've had atleast 8 cups today . As well as moving furniture around . I feel as if Its been a pretty sucsessful day :)
