it is comforting to know that i event hough i am a lot heaver then i should be based on BMI and weight. i would like to lose the fat around my belly mostly so i can do more exercises and yoga poses without flat in the way (i.e. mountain climbers, low planks).

    visceral fat is always the area i packed on each time i yoyoed. i recently learned that fat is also dangerous for the internal organs too. (not just the skinny jeans dont fit any more).

    exercise def is the rite way to do it. stress management also helps too (stress hormone..etc). Yoga is gd to relax my mind.
