I only have 4 more days of my first 21 days of forming my new habit. My eating should be under control. It hasn't been that hard, but I learned a lot last year to help me succeed. My next 21 days will be forming the habit of exercise. My fitbit has really helped me realize how active I am currently and how easy it is to add activity, ie. a few extra times up the stairs or walking in place while I watch my favorite show. Although, I want to make formal exercise a habit.
