Today I can say that I was healthy all day. I stayed within my ranges, didn't eat any bad food, and did 15 minutes on the elliptical. Today was my first day doing 15 minutes and it felt great!
I feel like the more days I get through successfully the more I can keep up with this healthy lifestyle change. It's important for me to have a better life and set a good example for my daughter.
Another big achievement... I got my daughter to eat brown rice. She loves rice and I was worried that she wouldn't like it but she did. I now feel like I can make the permanent change from white rice to brown rice in my house.
Dinner tonight was lean turkey breast cutlets with broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes over brown rice. It was very good.
