Ok, so yesterday I ate a couple of things I really shouldn't have. I didn't go over my calories by much, but I still shouldn't have eaten them. I am proud to say though that today I did much better, and I felt better. I got my walking in and I walked over 10,000 steps. And yes my FitBit is still motivating me. I can't wait until our Biggest Loser contest starts at work!
