Week Two of BLC 21

We are in week 2 of BLC and today we had to post a GOYBAD or Get off your butt and dance song. And we had to dance to 3 songs as well. This weekends challenge is called Back To The Future. We have to do something for fun for at least 15 minutes, Then we have to do upper body workout; plan our meals out for all 4 days; and stay on track; U is for posting a blog to our future selfs, when we are done with this round, telling ourselves what we want to do to achieve our goals and lose that weight. R is for repeat- post a photo of yourself at your heaviest and place it where you can see it. The last one is is for exercise of minimum 30 minutes or maximum 90. For those of you who have known me for a while; you know my goal will be to max it out. I have lost weight in the past doing it that way too. I just might decide to walk run to the grocery store tomorrow too. I need to drop off a bag of clothes at the Thrift Store in town too. The furnace went out during the night and I woke up arounf 4 to go to the bathroom and it was 59 in the house. I had to call the heating and cooling outfit to come and fix it. He had to replace the control panel on the inside it was shot.
