Being a slow loser makes me CRANKY!!!

I am doing everything right. Meticulously logging everything I eat. Cut way back on alcohol consumption. Got a Fitbit a week and a half ago and went from couch potato to racking up fitness minutes like a fiend. I have lost NO weight. Bah.
I need to go have bloodwork done. I have my papers for that but just haven't done it. Could be my historically "almost low enough to medicate" thyroid levels have finally slipped enough to be really causing trouble. Could be the very low dose of Efexor I take might be putting me in the 1% of people who gain weight on that medication.
Meanwhile, I am not giving up. I might not be a THIN old lady but by golly I will be a healthy FAT old lady!
