On a roll!

I've got some good momentum going! I've eaten within or close to my calorie range the last 6 days (I got some phentermine from my doctor again, so that helps, even if it's only in my mind), I've workout out 24 out of 24 days so far in January, and I haven't eaten out in 10 days! I'm going to weigh in tomorrow and see if there's any change. I hope so!

Yesterday, I went running with my sister because it was warm and sunny for the first time in days! She has knee problems, so she wanted to do a 1 minute run/3 minute walk interval, so I decided I'd do that with her, but do "sprints" on the one minute. I'm not sure the exact definition of "sprinting," but I ran as fast as I could for the whole minute. It felt good! According to runkeeper, my paces on the sprints were between 6:44 and 9:32. I've done so much distance running lately that I forgot what it felt like to get winded from running fast, and it just makes you feel very alive! i'm going to have to start adding in sprints more often. :)
